Here comes the rain again

falling on my head like a memory (umm very recent memory), fallin on my head like a new emotion (try disgust). (listen)

First Charlotte and now New Hampshire, it's the 2nd time in a month rain shortens a NASCAR Cup race. It just so happens that both events are won by a victory virgin; this time it's Joey Logano who gets his cherry popped.

"Fuel mileage races" or "weather races" can be exciting, but when they happen with regularity it kinda, well... sucks. Nothin' against Joey, he was going to get a win eventually, but in this race he flat stunk up the joint. We are used to the phrase "the best car doesn'y always win", that is just a part of racing. Having said that we don't really want to see the worst car winning races.

There is a silver lining though, Joey's win bumps Kyle Busch from the record of youngest driver to win a Cup race. ;-)
